Happy Birthday to AUDREY!
Woo Hoo!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO AUDREY YIM HOR MUN!! [1 Nov'06] Specially for my friend, AUDREY. Friends that watch your back. Friends that play with your heart. All act the same from the start. Before you know it some disappear. Others stay beside you for life. Those are the friends. The best friends. by Gary R. Hess Ps: Thanks for being my friend, and promise to go out after "A"s ok? ============================================================================================= 31 Oct'06 Ok, I wanna blog about school today. I LOVED Tuesday, mainly because classes end early, and also I simply like my IS (Business Ettiqute) We did some role play today on [How to introduce yourself during a meeting with business people], [How you speak], ETC. Some TIPS: - DURING BUSINESS MEETINGS (formal), Always introduce the 'higer authority' person to the the 'lower authority' person. Regardless of gender. - During gatherings, parties, Always introduce the MALE to female first. [I don't know why, I'm being taught like that] - Always introduce the 'OLD' to 'Young' and 'Staff' to 'Visitor'. And so, we started our role play. And my group have to start first. Anyway, I think it turns out 'OKAY'. Phew, o_0" All thanks to JIMMY, our group survived. He looks 'Mature', actually is 'old la' and he acted as a senior manager at the coca-cola company. Man, he is good, with all the gestures, body languages, and his tone, he sounded exactly like a BIG BOSS! Here my following members, - Mr Yap (Jimmy), Senior manager of coca-cola company - Mr Lai (Sorry, forgot his name), manager of coca-cola company. -Mdm Lim, (which is me) advertising director of Zarina's AD agency. [Don't play play ah, Director lei] - Mrs Ang (Hui Zhen), graphics designer of Zarina's AD agency. - Ms Ng (Water), finance manager of Zarina's AD agency. Okay, then we went for this 'relationship class'. I think what the person said about relationship and feeling is very true. Will be a very long post if I were to type out all. I give some eg... I particullaly like this. "Anger is a secondary feeling, there must be something you are feeling that makes you feel angry. For instant, when you feel unloved, unappreciated, you wouldn't want to admit that that's your true feelings, most people will simply say, they hate the person, but what they ACTUALLY meant was that, they NEED to be loved and appreciated." To summarised, these are the steps to do, - Know what's your feelings - Acknowledge your feelings - Identify your feelings - (I like this) Accepting your feelings After the talk, I try to reflect on myself and I found out that I did not accept the feelings I'm feeling for the past few years. I should not have told my friends that I hate them. I should have said something like, "I feel sad because I'm unappreciated and insignificant to you". By 'unleasing' my resentment onto the person is not a very good idea. The person may felt accused for, and tried to build a defence and sometimes may rebut! So, to all my friends (everyone whom I know), if I've offended you guys in some way or what, I'm REALLY SORRY. Ok, Right now, I'm feeling HAPPY. Because I have my poly friends to encourage me, and also my secondary friends who support me!!! Bucnh of FUN friends. Anyway to pw, " I LOVE YOU & YOUR STUPID MONKEY, TOM!" I won't reveal your secret. ![]() |
