squeshy squashy..

Finally get to see coach again. Play a little match with him, and I'm alrdy panting like hell within 5 mins. I think i'm still not pysically fit enough for squash yet, gotta build up my stamina. Need to run more.

And same goes to playing instrument, gotta build up stamina to hold longer notes. And I need to do some sit ups to get rid of blobs of fats. Till then. Bye~

MONDAY BLUES... (Recent update)

Okay, damn I hate this. Have to update my blog. Special request from alot of ppl, they sian 1/2 whenever they browse through my blog.

I woke up at 6, brush my teeth, bathe, pack my bag, and ready to go school.Blah blah blah. End at 230, damn early, suppose to end at 5 !! In the end have to go the other way round, I have to wait for sam and john instead of them waiting foe me. Then we went to MEGA BITES at SIM with Jeow Seng.Yum Yum. Sam was one LUCKY BIRD, he had a free treat from johnson, for winning a bet in football or sth. Anyway, I ONLY spent a total of $3.50 and was BLOATED, in the end have to go toilet to do some business. BUT Sam and Jon still go on eating and eating!! They ate chicken chop and also this brownie, with 2 layers of ice-cream and almond flakes on top with a splatter of melted-chocolate all over. Damn sinful!!

Then we talked cork a little while, and wait for Kelly to arrive. Damn, kelly was SO "Dua Pai" (Big Shot), make us wait till like almost 7. Took bus 154, and as told by 'them', I leaned on an uncle's shoulder and sleep. I swear I don't know anything 'bout it. I'm innocent!! But I can imagine the scenario, the uncle must be damn afraid of me. Keep shunning away from me.

2nd part.....

Have to change another bus, damn irritating, miss out one 105 because of stupid MI students. Then finally reached jon's hse (it feels like decades). We were all geared up and ready to play badminton. Thought it was inside the condo itself, DREAM ON man, it's outside the condo. I wasn't really in the mood in playing badminton, Just don't really like the environment. I prefer to play indoor badminton. But still muz carry on. AND my playing SUCKS big time today.

Went to have a drink. AND guess what?! Johnson and Samuel EAT AGAIN!! How I wish I was like them, eat so much but still so skinny. ENVIOUS of them man. Then went to the fitness station to do some stunts, ofcos not me, Kenneth did. I'll master the 'turning-one-round-around-the-pole' someday!! Just wait and see!! Okie, then go home. Okie!! I'm damn shagged. Need some sleep now. Tata~~ young... (lame)

Monday blues....

Weather is so DARN good today. Don't feel like going school in da morning. BUT for my RESULTS' sake, I've got no choice. 95/100 for Maths and 91/100 for Mechanics (sth like physics)

I'm in school right now, maybe meeting Shukri to cut hair later.

OH! Ya, I think I'm gonna follow my classmates' trend. I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. I think I'm gonna follow Denise to lose weight. Need to get some advice from NATALIE too. HELP ME!!!

ps: Sometimes we should just learnt to accept the facts and just let go...

Muggin' my way through the night.

I don't think I'm gonna sleep tonight. Complete one chapter, four more to go!! Okay, I've been studying for the past 3 hrs. I need a rest DESPERATELY.

Anyway, do you know why QUALITY is so important?

Because it AFFECTS us everyday, at home, at work and at play! Our technology; Defence; Services; Education; Logistics; Healthcare; Security; Construction... And MANY others!

It is about image & branding, exceeding customers' expectations, consistency, reputation, continual improvements.

So What is the meaning of quality?

The word "Quality" represents the properties of products and/or services that are valued by the consumer.

A product or process that is reliable, and that performs its intended function is said to be a quality product.

Quality is the customers' perception of the value of the suppliers' work output.

The degree to which something meets or exceeds the expectations of its consumers.

ISO9000 : 2000 states that

QUALITY refers to the degree to which a set of inherent characteristics fulfils requirements.

Quality = Performance/Expectations --> Q=P/E

When Q>1, there's a positive feeling of the product/ service

I'm SO dead...

Woke up at 10 this morning. And I quickly rush home. And Nat's alrdy gone alrdy. I thought I slept like a pig, didn't even realised that she went home.

Anyway, I continue my sleep when I reached home. And I'm real dead. My Common Test is like 2 days later, and I have yet study for ANY module. Gonna flunk my tests. Damn it.

But I did enjoy myself on NEW YEAR'S EVE. Went out with Mr Aw, Mr Goh, Kenneth, Lynn, Natalie, Samuel, Gilbert, Vivian. And not forgetting Bj, who left earlier (after Kbox and movie). We went to Changi Beach there for 2006 countdown.

We also passed by OLD Changi Hospital to take a look. OoOooo, creepy. Mr aw suggested that we lure Mr Goh & Co there, and we drove away. Hee hee. Naughty naughty. Anyway, heard alot of ghost stories from them. I'm gonna tell Pw about this. Freak her out.
